Form a research team easily!

DiVoMiner® has flexible and convenient team management functions, so you can form your research team easily!

There are two types of accounts on DiVoMiner®: administrator(s) and coder(s). When you need manual coding or manual correction of machine coding in your research, you can add coder accounts to the research team. In addition, you can use automatic machine coding to assist you on the coding procedures at the same time).

  • The administrator can perform all management operations, such as establishing and managing databases, modifying coding results, and doing statistical analysis;
  • Coders can only access the coding page and perform manual coding of the content.

Let me introduce how to add a member to the research team on the platform:

Add member (s)

To add an administrator or coder to an existing research project, or Project, click [Invite Members] on the right side of the Project list.

There are two ways to add members: “add through search” and “add through link”.

Add through search

The first method is to “Add through search”: enter an existing DiVoMiner® user’s nickname or email information for search, then select whether this user is an “Administrator” or “Coder,” and click “Add” to invite the member to this Project.

Note: The number of administrators and coders in a Project project is limited to the Project capacity. If the number of administrators in the current Project is full, you cannot add more administrators. If you need to add, please upgrade the Project (go to the Project list and select the corresponding Project, then choose [Extend/Upgrade]).

Add through link

Copy the link in the pop-up window and send it to others. The member who has access of the link can join the Project with the Project administrator’s approval.

Now you have successfully formed your research team, start your research journey!
